WHY DOES MY ORDER TRAVEL IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have an order with several items, each item can be shipped from another international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and a little back, we can ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent you from holding your order and to get it to you as quickly as possible!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER "STICKS" OR DISAPPEARS IN THE MAIL?

All our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck in customs, is returned or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is beyond our control. In cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking, if possible. The prices shown on our website are tax-free. Import charges, fees and related customs fees may be charged when your order arrives at the final destination, as determined by the local customs office. A: Upon placing your order, please allow 24-72 hours to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email.

A: Please allow up to 24-72 hours for your order to process, and an additional 3 days to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For International orders, please allow up to 2-3 weeks.
